A complete draft of the book is freely downloadable under a creative commons license. The bibliography is also downloadable separately and searchable online. In addition to the links below, the ebook is also held by the British Library. Cite the book according to this BibTeX reference.

I don't to any tracking or analytics because I hate that, but my hosting charges suggest the book is being downloaded several times a week. If there's a word-of-mouth thing going on, I'd love to be let in on it with a view to engaging more with readers.

The full LaTeX source and graphics for the book are freely available, but experience has shown that it's difficult to replicate the tooling environment compatibly, so I've bundled the whole thing into a VirtualBox virtual machine image. Due to its size (10Gb), I'm distributing it only via this torrent file or this magnet link . The guest OS is Manjaro with no user password and a root password of root.
